The Somewhat Odd History of ONE-i Productions

("parent company" of COMMUNICOMICS.COM)

New York City, August 17, 1987:  the ONE-i logo is created. 


September 1996: Our studios move to Petaluma, California, coincidentally located across the street from
   Petaluma's historic Masonic Temple (above), and its 'All-Seeing Eye' (or 'Eye of Providence') ...

...the temple is just a few doors down from the also-historic 
(b.1855) Independent Order of Oddfellows (IOOF) building.

The Oddfellows -- coincidentally -- also use The Eye as their central icon.

In 2001, this ONE-i logo variation was designed... 
     ... and in 2002, the Bush administration created the (now-defunct) Information Awareness Office (IAO)
